Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager of Accounting & Finance to support the financial operations of our growing manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, proven experience in operational finance, and the ability to develop high-quality presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Korean is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with overseas leadership and partners.Key Responsibilities Support daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliationsAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAPAnalyze financial performance and variances to support strategic business decisionsCoordinate the month-end and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate reportingDevelop and deliver professional financial presentations (PowerPoint) for executive leadership, board meetings, and investorsCollaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment of financial data with business activitiesLiaise with external auditors, tax professionals, and compliance agencies during audits and reporting cyclesMaintain internal controls and support the implementation of process improvements across finance and operationsCommunicate regularly with Korean-speaking leadership and business partners; translate financial documents as neededQualifications Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance preferred but not required35 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance; prior experience in CPG or manufacturing sectors is highly desirableStrong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skillsDemonstrated ability to create high-impact business presentations for financial reporting, forecasting, and operational performance trackingBilingual in Korean and English (spoken and written) strongly preferredStrong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of inventory management, cost accounting, and standard costing methodologies is a plusCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and growth#J-18808-Ljbffr
