Position Overview

Assistant Account Manager

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional to support our Account Management team. This role is a great fit for someone with solid business experience who values stability, takes pride in doing things right, and enjoys being the steady hand that keeps client accounts running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Account Manager to deliver excellent customer service, prepare quotes, manage customer information in our ERP system, and help ensure every client interaction is handled with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager in maintaining strong, lasting client relationships
• Prepare and process customer quotes with speed and accuracy
• Keep customer records current and accurate within the ERP system
• Manage order updates, pricing changes, and account maintenance tasks
• Serve as a professional point of contact for customer questions on orders, quotes, and accounts
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service to keep clients satisfied
• Maintain clean, organized documentation and account files
• Track and follow up on open quotes to keep deals moving forward
• Provide reliable administrative and operational support to the Account Management team

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional business experience and a track record of reliability
• A stable work history that reflects commitment and follow-through
• Experience with ERP systems preferred
• Background in customer service, account support, inside sales, or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Clear, professional verbal and written communication
• A calm, steady presence who can manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
