First Florida Insurance Brokers (FFIB) is positioned to offer clients even greater resources, expanded capabilities, and long‑term support.How You'll Make An ImpactManage the implementation of assigned existing and new commercial lines client plans and programs.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure an exceptional client experience.Support Account Managers and Account Executives by preparing proposals, marketing materials, and other key deliverables.Provide ongoing service, support, and education to commercial lines clients.Plan and conduct participant and client education meetings.Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to understand and apply new or updated regulations.Communicate with vendors and partners regarding new and ongoing opportunities.Facilitate conference calls and meetings with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Assist in developing sales strategies in partnership with senior leadership.Attend conferences, meetings, and client events as needed.Oversee and support analysts and other team members when required.Maintain accurate documentation, records, and client information.Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.About YouA minimum of two (2) years of Account Management experience required.220 Insurance License preferred, minimum 440 Customer Representative License, or ability to obtain these licenses within six (6) months of employment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and problem‑solving skills required.Proficiency in public speaking is preferred.Bachelor's degree with financial services background or equivalent experience preferred.Compensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low‑end and high‑end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
