Responsibilities Assist the Account Manager, Account Executive, Broker, and Producer in the servicing and management of insurance coverages for a complex book of clients in the energy sector.Maintain records of expiration dates on assigned accounts and coordinate with the team on new/renewal handling.Assist in the insurance renewal process by obtaining necessary renewal materials, such as renewal applications, loss runs, and other pertinent information required for underwriting purposes.Help create client presentations, proposals, and renewal summaries.Track and review binders of insurance, prepare and issue auto identification cards and certificates of insurance, handle system billing, and issue renewal invoices, including coordination of premium financing as needed.Manage and track all billing and accounting for both clients and carriers, track outstanding receivables, and follow up with clients when necessary.Process endorsements, audits, ad‑hoc requests for certificates, and other relevant program information throughout the policy term.Prepare initial policy reviews to fact‑check items such as premium, client name, address, and other details; forward accurate policies to clients in the designated format (electronic, paper file, etc.).Respond directly to clients and underwriters to address questions, issues, or concerns; maintain Epic file and shared drive of key documents (policies, endorsements, invoices, auto ID cards, certificates, audits, etc.).Establish and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and CAC Specialty colleagues.Assist with any special projects and general administrative duties related to meeting coordination, events, and other assigned tasks.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.State‑specific license required; may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.Two years of relevant work experience preferred.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.The Baldwin Group is an equal employment opportunity firm and strives to comply with all laws prohibiting discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), national origin or ancestry, disability, military status, marital status, and any other category protected by federal, state, or local laws.
