Assistant Account Manager-Property & Casualty
Location: Hybrid- 2 days or less in office: Deerfield, IL

This role will focus on providing superior customer service by anticipating client needsand collaborating on client, producer, and account manager questions and issues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do / Your Impact

  • Deliver exceptional day-to-day client service by proactively addressing client, producer, and account manager needs in a timely manner.
  • Support the renewal process by gathering client information, coordinating carrier requirements, preparing exposure workbooks, and assisting with renewal presentations.
  • Process policy changes, renewals, premium audits, cancellations, reinstatements, bonds, and related billing activities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare certificates of insurance, ID cards, binders, and evidence of property documentation while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
  • Maintain accurate policy and client records within AMS360 and Worksmart while building strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
QUALIFICATIONS

What You Bring

Required
  • 3+ years in commercial lines agency experience in a highly automated, risk management focused environment
  • Knowledge of property & casualty coverage lines
  • Strong client communication skills
Preferred
  • Experience with AMS systems

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Compensation:
Salary range: $65,0000 - $78,000 per year DOE
