We are seeking an experienced Asset Recovery Manager to oversee asset placements, coordinate with field repossession agents, and manage recovery performance across a national network.
This role requires strong experience in skip tracing, asset location, and working directly with repo agents to assign and manage recoveries.
You will play a key role in ensuring efficient placement, fast recovery timelines, and consistent communication with agents and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Perform advanced skip tracing to locate assets
- Assign and manage repossession orders to field agents
- Coordinate directly with repo companies to ensure timely recoveries
- Monitor status updates and follow up on active placements
- Review accounts for accuracy prior to assignment
- Communicate with internal team and partners regarding recovery progress
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company procedures
- Resolve issues related to recovery delays or disputes
Requirements- 2+ years experience in:
- Asset recovery, repossession, or forwarding
- Skip tracing
- Working with repo agents or recovery vendors
- Strong understanding of recovery workflows and timelines
- Familiarity with tools such as RDN, Clearplan, DRN, or similar (preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
