Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with financial data, and managing multiple priorities? We are seeking an Asset Recovery & Financial Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of specialized accounts and asset-related projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This position combines financial operations, account administration, vendor coordination, and asset management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and able to navigate complex situations while maintaining excellent service and communication.
What You'll Do
Manage specialized accounts requiring detailed review, analysis, and follow-up.
Coordinate with attorneys, vendors, external partners, and internal stakeholders to facilitate account resolution.
Monitor financial activity, track expenses, review invoices, and research discrepancies.
Support asset-related projects, including vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and documentation management.
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and status updates across multiple active files.
Prepare and process documentation while ensuring compliance with established procedures.
Respond to inquiries and provide updates to customers, business partners, and internal teams.
Identify issues, conduct research, and assist in developing effective solutions.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in financial operations, banking, accounting, collections, asset management, legal support, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with invoices, reconciliations, account research, or financial records.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other business applications.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing complex account portfolios.
Background in financial services, asset management, property administration, banking operations, or compliance-driven environments.
Experience working with attorneys, vendors, or third-party service providers.
