Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a relevant field such as GSOC, SOC, or emergency communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work a fixed rotating shift schedule and maintain confidentiality.

Preferences:

• Hands-on experience with enterprise access control and video management platforms.
• Familiarity with threat-intelligence and natural hazard monitoring platforms.
• Emergency dispatch certification, CPR/AED, and First Aid credentials.
• Progress toward or completion of a recognized security certification (e.g., ASIS PSP).
