The company specialises in high-end multifamily assets and is seeking a professional with retail experience to oversee a portfolio of assets within mixed-use developments.
Description
The Asset Manager will report into senior leadership and be responsible for optimising portfolio performance across a diverse real estate platform.
- Lead the execution of asset-level business plans to maximise value and returns
- Monitor property performance, including income, expenses, leasing activity, and capital projects
- Partner closely with property management, development, and leasing teams to drive operational outcomes
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across assigned assets
- Identify value-add opportunities including repositioning, redevelopment, and operational efficiencies
- Support financing, refinancing, and disposition strategies where appropriate
- Prepare and present asset performance reports to senior stakeholders
Profile
For the Asset Manager role, we are seeking:
- 5-10 years of experience in real estate asset management, investments, or related field
- Strong financial acumen, including underwriting, modelling, and portfolio analysis
- Experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, or institutional-quality real estate assets
- Proven ability to execute business plans and drive asset-level performance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modelling tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded approach
