    Position Summary

The Asset Manager / Owner Relations Director serves as the connective tissue between Sinceri Senior Living's operating platform and the ownership groups, including REITs, private equity sponsors, and institutional partners, whose communities we manage. This role partners closely with Operations and Sales leadership across an assigned portfolio of communities to translate property-level performance into portfolio-level strategy, and to translate ownership expectations into clear, actionable operating priorities. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable navigating a community with a Regional Director of Operations and presenting a quarterly performance narrative to an institutional asset manager, fluent in both the language of resident care and the language of NOI, occupancy, and capital planning.

    • 7+ years of progressive experience in senior living operations, REIT asset management, and/or private equity real estate, with direct exposure to owner or investor reporting.
    • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with institutional ownership groups, REITs, or capital partners in a real estate or operating-company context.
    • Strong financial acumen: comfort with P&Ls, NOI, occupancy and rate analysis, budgeting, and capital planning for a multi-site portfolio.
    • Track record of translating data and analysis into clear strategy and confident, executive-level communication.
    • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Operations and Sales leadership to drive portfolio results.

    Preferred Experience

    • Prior experience specifically within senior living, healthcare real estate, or another operationally intensive, regulated real estate sector.
    • Experience with portfolio transitions, acquisitions, or dispositions.
    • Familiarity with senior living-specific performance metrics (occupancy, payer mix, labor ratios, resident acuity) and systems.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA a plus.

    Skills & Attributes

    • Executive presence and polished, confident communication, equally effective in a boardroom with owners and on-site with community teams.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills paired with genuine curiosity about the operations behind the numbers.
    • Skilled facilitator who can navigate difficult conversations between ownership and operations with tact and credibility on both sides.
    • Highly organized self-starter comfortable owning a portfolio and multiple ownership relationships simultaneously.
    • Aligned with Sinceri's culture and values, sincere, kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in fostering bonds “just like family,” whether with residents, teams, or ownership partners.
