What You'll Do
As our Asset Manager, you'll oversee the planning, allocation, tracking, and optimization of company-owned assets supporting live events, audiovisual productions, and broadcast operations. You'll serve as a key partner to Operations, Warehouse, Project Management, Sales, and Inventory Control teams to maximize asset utilization while ensuring equipment availability for projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing and overseeing the preparation, processing, and distribution of company payrolls
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, tax, wage and hour, and reporting requirements
- Reviewing payroll transactions, earnings, deductions, taxes, and timekeeping records to identify and resolve discrepancies
- Maintaining payroll systems, employee records, direct deposit information, tax data, and benefit deductions
- Overseeing payroll integrations and data feeds between payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR systems
- Preparing payroll-related reports, reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger support documentation
- Administering garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other required deductions
- Providing payroll support and guidance to employees, managers, Human Resources, and Finance
- Identifying opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and system efficiencies
- Supporting audits, year-end processing, tax filings, and compliance reporting
- Monitoring payroll legislation and implementing required process and system updates
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
- Participating in system implementations, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience managing inventory, equipment assets, logistics, or operational resources.
- Possesses strong knowledge of audiovisual, broadcast, live event, production, or entertainment technology equipment.
- Understands inventory management systems, asset tracking platforms, and operational reporting tools.
- Has strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Can evaluate complex resource allocation challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Is highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Communicates effectively and collaborates well across departments and leadership teams.
- Maintains exceptional attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
- Demonstrates leadership, initiative, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Enjoys improving processes and driving operational efficiency.
Bonus Points For Experience With
- R2 or similar inventory and asset management systems.
- Live events, broadcast, production, or entertainment technology industries.

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in asset management, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or related operational functions.
- Experience managing equipment assets in the audiovisual, entertainment technology, broadcast, production, or live events industry preferred.
- Experience with inventory management systems, reporting tools, and operational analytics.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods while reviewing inventory data, reports, and operational documentation.
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout warehouse and operational environments.
- Ability to travel occasionally between company facilities, warehouses, and project locations.
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work additional hours as business needs require.
