Asset Manager Multifamily Real Estate
Growing Real Estate Investment firm is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the financial and operational performance of a multifamily real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for driving asset value, maximizing returns, executing strategic initiatives, and partnering with property management teams to achieve ownership objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance of a multifamily portfolio and ensure assets meet or exceed financial targets.
- Develop and execute asset management strategies to increase NOI, occupancy, and property value.
- Analyze operating results, budgets, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
- Provide recommendations to senior leadership regarding portfolio performance and investment strategies.
- Lead capital improvement and value-add initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with property management teams to improve operations, resident retention, and overall asset performance.
- Assist with acquisition underwriting, due diligence, and asset dispositions.
- Monitor market conditions, identify risks, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a key liaison between ownership, operations, lenders, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of multifamily asset management or regional property management experience.
- Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
- Thorough understanding of multifamily operations and real estate market fundamentals.
- Proven track record of improving property performance and asset value.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
