Asset ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to lead the strategic and operational performance of a portfolio of Industrial and IOS assets. This individual will play a key role in driving asset-level execution, working cross-functionally with acquisitions, property management, leasing, and finance teams.Responsibilities include overseeing leasing, operations, and capital improvements for a portfolio of industrial real estate assets, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to execute business plans and optimize performance, reviewing lease proposals, evaluating tenant credit, and providing financial analysis to support leasing decisions.
