Job Summary

As a Client Account Manager within J.P. Morgan Asset Management, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience for investors in Alternative strategies (e.g., Real Assets, Private Equity, Direct Lending, etc.) across institutional, intermediary, and Private Bank client channels. In this role, you will coordinate onboarding and ongoing servicing for fund investors, partnering with stakeholders across the organization to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality client support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and ongoing servicing for Alternatives investors, including client and third-party interactions; field inquiries, research requests, and coordinate appropriate responses.
  • Support the servicing lifecycle for Alternatives, including (as applicable): subscriptions/closings support, onboarding documentation, notices, periodic reporting packages, and ad-hoc data requests.
  • Participate in client meetings and events as appropriate; ensure strong preparation and disciplined follow-up/action item tracking.
  • Support the creation and management of team policies/procedures and templates.
  • Proactively identify client experience improvements and servicing efficiencies and drive initiatives to implement changes.
  • Understand the broader client relationship with JPMorganChase, including global relationships and the client's relationships with other asset managers and consultants.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Previous experience at an asset management firm; background in client service and institutional client base.
  • Alternatives experience required, with demonstrated exposure to multiple Alternatives strategies (e.g., Real Assets, Private Equity, Direct Lending, etc.) in a client servicing context.
  • Business acumen for financial concepts; ability to speak intelligently and confidently while using applied financial reasoning.
  • Ability to develop strong client and internal relationships and an in-depth understanding of client servicing needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across business areas to achieve results.
  • Highly attentive, excellent follow-through, flexibility, and stellar grammar/English skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills (ability to analyze, synthesize, and interpret data).
