This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated associate attorney to join a dynamic team focused on community association law and real property matters, with strong mentorship and long-term advancement potential.
Handle a diverse caseload involving assessment recovery, collections, money judgments, foreclosure, bankruptcy, judgment execution, and related real property matters
Manage cases from start to finish with meaningful autonomy and direct client interaction
Collaborate with experienced directors and partners, especially during your first year, with strong mentorship and guidance
Significant client contact including phone calls, emails, and advising on case strategy and status
Clear growth track with stepping stones to Director-level roles and partnership conversations
Stable, growing practice group with long-term advancement and professional development opportunities
The Ideal Candidate:
Admitted to practice law in Ohio
0–5 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, contract law, or litigation-based civil matters
Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills
Proficient in drafting complaints, answers, motions, discovery, and preparing money judgments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent client service abilities
Dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
