    The Assessment Manager provides leadership for the College's institutional assessment framework, including academic assessment, co-curricular assessment, institution-wide assessment, program review, and continuous improvement. Reporting to the Director of Data, Assessment, and Analytics, the Manager works collaboratively with faculty, Student Affairs, administrative departments, and the Teaching and Learning Unit to integrate assessment into institutional effectiveness, strategic planning, accreditation, and student success.

    Responsibilities

    Assessment Leadership

    • Lead institution-wide academic, co-curricular, and institutional assessment activities.
    • Coordinate assessment of college-wide initiatives, including community engagement, strategic priorities, student services, and other institutional effectiveness efforts.
    • Lead and continuously improve academic and administrative program review processes.
