Position Title: Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist

Position Summary
The Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist supports the School of Nursing's centralized assessment and student success infrastructure by managing assessment data systems and producing actionable analytics. Reporting to the director, Center for Outcomes, Measurement, Practice Assessment, and Student Success, this position ensures accurate data integration, timely reporting, and accessible analytics that support continuous quality improvement, accreditation compliance, and data-informed decision-making.
Position Impact
This role strengthens the School's ability to leverage assessment and student performance data to improve progression, retention, and completion outcomes while reducing faculty administrative burden and enhancing accreditation readiness across all nursing programs.
Primary Responsibilities
11 Provide technical guidance and training for faculty and staff on assessment reports and dashboards.

Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist
The School of Nursing at Notre Dame of Maryland University seeks an Assessment Data Management & Analytics Specialist to support assessment, accreditation, competency-based education, and student success initiatives across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
Reporting to the Director of the Center for Outcomes, Measurement, Practice Assessment, and Student Success (COMPASS), this position plays a key role in developing and maintaining assessment data systems, generating dashboards and reports, and supporting data-informed decision-making. The specialist will collaborate with faculty and administrators to collect, analyze, and communicate student learning, program outcome, and accreditation data that support continuous quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the implementation of innovative assessment and analytics systems designed to enhance student success, monitor competency development, and support accreditation reporting.
This is a full-time, 12-month position with a salary range of $60,000-$70,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. The anticipated start date is late July 2026.
