    Gannon University's Dahlkemper School of Business (DSB) is currently seeking a Graduate Assistant for the Fall 2026/Spring 2027 semesters. Applicants must be an admitted graduate student who is actively pursuing their degree full time. This position includes remitted tuition benefits and a stipend. The work schedule is typically 10 hours per week. The appointment is for one year. Graduate Assistant reports to the Program Directors of the MBA-BA and Online MBA and are a part of a team including a Program Assistant and student employees who contribute assistance with the day-to-day work of the Business School.

    Job Description:

    Marketing Efforts

    • Organizing on-campus professional events (i.e., Speaker Series)
    • Social media responsibilities, including student highlights

    DSB Support Activities

    • Retention and recruitment activities for DSB
    • Working with other students to assist them in University processes
    • Covering classes for undergraduate faculty members and/or administering undergraduate exams when necessary
    • Supporting faculty research and activities

    Program Research

    • Conducting curriculum research for DSB programs
    • Researching information for program changes
    • Analyzing current program assessment data

    Office Management

    • Offering support for and filling in for DSB Program Assistant.
    • Performing additional duties in all areas as assigned by the CEB Dean's Office, MBA Program Directors, DSB Chairs, DSB Program Assistant, or other leadership

    Required Qualifications
