Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa, OK. This role is responsible for assembling metal components and finished products according to engineering drawings and production specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency.

The ideal Assembly Technician has previous manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous manufacturing and assembly experience required
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
Experience using hand tools, drills, grinders, and other assembly equipment
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble metal components and products according to specifications and blueprints
Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and production documents
Collaborate with production, quality, and shipping departments to meet delivery schedules
Identify and report quality concerns, defects, or production issues
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
Assist with additional production and assembly duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using calipers and micrometers
Background in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
Experience working with precision assemblies and measurements
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
Work Environment
Manufacturing and assembly facility
Exposure to machinery, hand tools, production equipment, and industrial materials
Fast-paced production environment requiring attention to quality and productivity
PPE required while working on the production floor
