We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to support mechanical assembly and production operations. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions while producing quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly using hand tools, fixtures, and basic production equipment.Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, specifications, and established production procedures.Perform metal polishing and finishing activities as required.Operate laser marking equipment and complete marking activities according to specifications.Conduct visual and basic quality inspections of components and completed assemblies.Identify and report quality issues or discrepancies to appropriate personnel.Complete production documentation accurately and maintain proper product traceability.Support other manufacturing and production activities as needed.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Consistently meet quality, productivity, and safety requirements.QualificationsBasic mechanical aptitude and ability to work effectively with hand tools and fixtures.Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and specifications.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable, dependable, and able to demonstrate a strong work ethic.Ability to perform repetitive mechanical tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or job shop experience is preferred but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
