Assembly Technician

The Assembly Technician assembles various components and equipment for carwash systems. Works closely with the team to meet daily and monthly build schedules, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of production goals while maintaining high quality and safety standards.What you will do:Assembly

Assemble mechanical and electrical components used in Mister Car Wash systems, ensuring parts are built to specification and meet operational performance standards.Interpret and follow technical drawings, blueprints, and diagrams to correctly build equipment.Follow established procedures for the assembly process, including the use of jigs, fixtures, and specialized tools.Perform routine inspections on assembled components to identify any defects, deviations, or nonconformance with specifications, report findings to team lead.

Package and Prepare Shipments

Package completed equipment and prepare items for shipment, including palletizing, labeling, and securing freight according to shipping guidelines.Assist with loading and unloading materials and finished products using manual or powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).

Workspace Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to housekeeping and safety protocols.Clean and organize inventory storage areas to help maintain efficiency and accuracy.

How you will shine:

High school diploma or GED.0 - 1 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment.Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to become certified).Basic mechanical aptitude and proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Ability to read and understand assembly instructions, technical schematics, and production documents.Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or ERP platforms is a plus.Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset.Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
