Your Responsibilities
Assemble fuel cell stacks and system components (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) according to work instructions and technical drawings.
Operate hand tools, torque tools, and precision assembly equipment in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Handle sensitive components with care to ensure quality and reliability of the final product.
Perform visual and functional tests to ensure product conformity and quality.
Record production and test data accurately for traceability.
Report deviations, defects, or process issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S principles.
Your Profile
CFC in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics, or an equivalent technical qualification.
Experience in precision assembly of electro-mechanical systems in a controlled manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
Manual dexterity, precision, and high attention to detail.
Practical knowledge of electrical and pneumatic systems; experience with fuel cell is an asset.
Welding experience is an asset.
Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
Professional working level of French.
