Now hiring for an Assembly Technician

Location: Rogers, AR

$16.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday | 6:45 AM - 2:45 PM

Looking for Assembly Technician jobs in Rogers where teamwork and steady production make a difference? This opportunity lets you assemble products, inspect finished work, and help keep factory operations running safely, accurately, and efficiently.

In this role, you will assemble and prepare cable products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while ensuring all products meet customer quality standards. You'll use your mechanical abilities and attention to detail to complete production tasks, assist with shipment preparation, and contribute to an efficient and productive team environment.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience required
  • Previous assembly or production experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude highly preferred

Job Duties

  • Assemble and prepare medium-grip cables for further processing and shipment
  • Perform production tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards meet customer requirements
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Assist with packaging and shipping preparation as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
  • Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Technician.

Physical Capabilities

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
  • Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.
