We're seeking a hands-on Assembly Technician in Norwalk, CT to join a production team. This is a hands-on position responsible for assembling, integrating, testing, and qualifying complex electromechanical products in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. 12 hour shift 6pm - 6am. 3 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 3 days off alternating.
What You'll Do
- Assemble and test precision electromechanical components
- Follow work instructions, SOPs, and technical documentation
- Perform quality inspections using hand tools and precision measuring equipment
- Troubleshoot minor assembly issues
- Record production data in an ERP system (SAP experience is a plus)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing, technician, or electromechanical assembly experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience using hand tools and measuring equipment
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality standards
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office required; SAP and LabVIEW are a plus)
- Semiconductor, aerospace, electronics, or medical device manufacturing experience is a strong plus

- Lift up to 20 lbs. and perform standing, bending, and repetitive tasks
