Assembly Technician

Assembly Technician – Napoleon, OH

We’re hiring dependable Assembly Technicians to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Napoleon, OH. This is a hands-on role assembling axles and components in a team-focused production environment.

Job Duties

• Assemble parts and components on a production line

• Perform repetitive assembly tasks while following standard work instructions

• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met

• Rotate between different assembly stations

• Follow all safety rules and procedures

• Report equipment or tool issues to a supervisor

• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Team-oriented and safety-conscious

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
