Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Schedules Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of assembly experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience using hand tools, assembly equipment, and related industrial tools
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Duties

• Assemble and disassemble mechanical and electrical components
• Assemble, test, and inspect products according to engineering drawings and test procedures
• Work with electrical and mechanical equipment during assembly operations
• Troubleshoot, repair, and reassemble equipment that does not pass testing
• Operate and maintain assembly and testing equipment
• Move materials and components using carts, cranes, and manual handling methods
• Assist with daily 5S and workplace organization activities
• Support efforts to resolve quality and production concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Physical Capabilities

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift, carry, and position materials and components as needed
• Use hand tools and assembly equipment throughout the workday
• Bend, reach, stoop, and perform repetitive assembly tasks
• Work safely around manufacturing equipment and overhead cranes
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You Will Do

As an Assembly Technician you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.

The Assembly Technician supports successful factory production through dependable assembly work, quality awareness, and efficient teamwork. This role requires organization, consistency, and a commitment to maintaining manufacturing standards.
