     ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN 
    Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our production team, specializing in small parts assembly, wiring harness fabrication, and small engine assembly. This role requires manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and a strong commitment to quality and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities: • Assemble small mechanical and electromechanical components according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality specifications • Cut, strip, crimp, and route wires to build wiring harnesses per schematics and routing diagrams • Perform soldering, terminal crimping, and connector assembly using hand tools and specialized equipment• Assemble small engine components (e.g., carburetors, ignition systems, pull-start assemblies, fuel systems) following technical documentation • Install fasteners, gaskets, seals, and other small hardware components with precision• Conduct in-process quality checks, including continuity testing of wiring harnesses and functional checks of assembled engines • Identify and report defective materials, components, or assemblies to supervisors or quality control • Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly instructions • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation in accordance with 5S principles • Meet daily/weekly production quotas while maintaining quality standards • Properly use hand tools, pneumatic tools, torque wrenches, and testing equipment • Document production data, defects, and completed work as required • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
    Required Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ years of experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment (entry-level candidates with
    mechanical aptitude may be considered)
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics
    • Basic hand tool proficiency (screwdrivers, pliers, crimpers, torque tools)
    • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
    • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with sustained attention to detail
    • Basic math skills (measurements, tolerances, counting)
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–35 lbs
