    Description

    The Assembly Technician will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations, assembling our high-quality all-terrain track mobility devices. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. 

    Projected hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM, paid weekly. 

    Reports To: Production Manager 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Perform pre-assembly, fabrication, and final assembly of all-terrain mobility devices on the assembly line. 

    • Follow precise assembly instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure each product is built to the company's high-quality standards. 

    • Conduct basic quality checks at each step of the assembly process to ensure no defective parts or assemblies are passed down the line. 

    • Assist with packaging and final quality inspections before shipment. 

    • Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment as needed for assembly. 

    • Pull and organize parts needed for daily production from inventory. 

    • Collaborate with Parts Pickers to ensure all parts are available for daily assembly tasks. 

    • Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. 

    • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. 

    • Perform simple fabrication tasks and ensure parts are installed according to specifications. 

    • Follow all company safety procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). 

    • Complete forklift certification and safely operate forklifts when needed to move materials. 

    • Assist with inventory counts and report any material shortages to the Production Manager. 

    • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Production Manager. 

     

    Qualifications: 

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Required). 

    • Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience (Preferred but not ). 

    • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools. 

    • Forklift certification (or willingness to become certified). 

    • Ability to work independently or as part of a team. 

    • Strong attention to detail and quality control. 

    • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods (8-hour shift). 

    • Familiarity with using inventory systems and computers for reporting tasks (Preferred). 

    Schedule: 

    • 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday (7 AM to 4 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break).

    • Clearwater, Florida
