$18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1-2 years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
• Experience reading blueprints, technical drawings, and diagrams
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Must meet U.S. Person status requirements due to export control regulations

Job Duties

• Assemble mechanical components and products according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
• Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect work for quality and accuracy
• Follow detailed work instructions and production procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work with team members to meet production goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly Technician.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Assembly Technician you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.

The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling products according to production requirements and established quality standards. This role requires dependable work habits, manual dexterity, and commitment to producing consistent, accurate work.
