Electrical Panel Assembler (Wiring, Hand Tools, Build Sheets)
Location: Auburn Hills, MI (Onsite)
Schedule: Summer Hours (through 9/5): Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $20/hr
Summary
This Electrical Panel Assembler position is an entry-level opportunity in electrical manufacturing for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to learn. The Electrical Panel Assembler supports the layout and assembly of electrical panels by following build sheets and production documentation, installing components, and completing wiring to print.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Review build sheets and production documentation
Assemble electrical plates and enclosures using build prep instructions
Install electrical components and controllers per documentation/prints
Wire components using correct color/gauge; use ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification
Follow quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Support coworkers and contribute to a positive team environment
Perform additional production duties as assigned
Qualifications
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to safely use hand and power tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Technical/vocational training is a plus
Comfortable in a production/manufacturing environment
