Job Description
In this role you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for:
- Leading a team of approximately 15 assembly associates to achieve daily production goals.
- Coordinating production schedules to ensure customer orders are being completed on time and to specification.
- Monitoring assembly line performance and identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and throughput.
- Training team members on manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Ensuring work orders, routers, and production transactions are being completed accurately within SAP or a similar ERP system.
- Auditing quality control documentation and ensuring inspection requirements are being followed.
- Partnering with planning, production, and support teams to resolve production constraints.
- Maintaining accurate work-in-process tracking throughout the manufacturing process.
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining production commitments.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have:
- 4+ years of manufacturing floor leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading production teams and managing employee performance.
- Assembly manufacturing experience and strong understanding of assembly line operations.
- Experience using SAP or another ERP system.
- Knowledge of manufacturing safety policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the floor and hold team members accountable.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience managing teams of 10+ employees preferred.
