Position Details
Position: Assembly Associate
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Overtime: Possible Fridays
What You’ll Do
As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play an important role in building quality products while working closely with your team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assemble and package products and sub-assemblies while maintaining a strong focus on quality
- Follow operation sheets, assembly drawings, and work instructions
- Perform quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Learn and become certified in multiple workstations
- Flex between workstations and support teammates as needed
- Maintain production pace and takt time once certified
- Replenish Kanban inventory bins
- Safely operate tools and equipment while following ergonomic guidelines
- Partner with team leads and co-workers to keep production moving efficiently

- Ability to stand, lift, move, and perform hands-on work throughout the shift
- Willingness to wear required PPE and complete audiometric testing, as applicable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
