Pay: $19.50 per hourSchedule: Friday - Sunday; 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Penmac Staffing is seeking dependable Assembly Workers for a manufacturing facility in the Springfield area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy mechanical assembly and want a three-day workweek while being paid for a full 40-hour schedule.Requirements

• Ability to read and follow assembly instructions and reference models
• Experience using hand and power tools, including impact tools, preferred
• Familiarity with bolt sizes and basic mechanical assembly
• Ability to safely work around overhead cranes and industrial equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per shift
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work mandatory overtime when required

ResponsibilitiesAs an Assembly Worker, you will assemble metal frames and steel panels according to specifications and quality standards. 
Duties include:

• Assemble metal frames and steel panels using impact hand tools
• Identify and use the correct bolt sizes and hardware
• Follow reference models and assembly instructions to ensure accuracy
• Operate a crane, as trained, to safely flip units during the assembly process
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and production requirements
• Complete additional duties as assigned
