This individual will assist and support the Assembly Manager with the functions of the Assembly department. These functions include the assembly of parts, sprayers, building machinery according to design and customer specifications. This individual must be knowledgeable with pneumatics and hydraulic assemblies and operations. Must have working knowledge of production and support equipment and related controls. Must be able to operate in a team environment, remaining flexible to multiple demands. Excellent communication and people skills are necessary along with detail orientation. Must be able to surmise the operation all production equipment as well. The employee must be able to read prints, assembly drawing specs, and electrical schematics. It is also desired to have a working knowledge of drill press and other shop equipment.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
- 6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
- Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
- Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization. - Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
$14 - $18 an hour

Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm
