Assembly Technician PM Shift

Pay:$17.00 $19.00 per hour(DOE, includes shift differential)

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This second-shift position is responsible for assembling industrial components and finished products while following engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has mechanical assembly experience, is comfortable using hand and power tools, and is committed to producing high-quality work safely and efficiently.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow assembly instructions, blueprints, and work orders
Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and production standards
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to engineering specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and assembly documentation
Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment
Inspect completed assemblies to ensure proper fit, function, and quality
Maintain production schedules while meeting quality expectations
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production requirements
Assist with additional assembly and manufacturing duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with Instrumentation & Electrical (I&E) experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Additional responsibilities may include:

Running conduit
Bending conduit
Performing electrical installation and wiring tasks
Supporting electrical assembly and installation projects
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent repetitive movements while using assembly tools and equipment
Ability to safely work around manufacturing equipment while wearing required PPE
Work Environment
Industrial manufacturing and assembly facility
Fast-paced production environment focused on quality, safety, and teamwork
Exposure to hand tools, power tools, fabrication equipment, and industrial machinery
Stable second-shift schedule with opportunities for overtime based on production demands
