    Our customers count on us for products built to specification and delivered on time. As the Assembly & Packaging Team Supervisor, you will turn that promise into reality by guiding people, equipment, and processes toward dependable, high-quality output.

    Your first 90 days

    1. Days 1–30: Learn product families, Work Instructions, and required codes/specs; build rapport with team members; assess equipment health and safety/cleanliness standards.
    2. Days 31–60: Set and achieve daily production goals; strengthen cross-department coordination; begin cross-training plans; document quick-win improvements.
    3. Days 61–90: Lead problem-solving on recurring assembly issues; standardize onboarding; refine production reporting to site leadership; lock in uptime by coordinating timely repairs and maintenance.

    Core responsibilities

    • Direct assembly, testing, and packaging operations to meet daily targets
    • Ensure every job is prepared with the right instructions, parts, sub-assemblies, tools, and materials
    • Verify conformance to specifications and Work Instructions; uphold quality and required codes
    • Align priorities with other departments to keep work flowing
    • Set production goals and deliver consistent results
    • Troubleshoot assembly problems; secure additional resources when needed
    • Monitor performance and communicate production results to on-site management
    • Recruit, onboard, train, and cross-train to increase flexibility across the team
    • Maintain a safe, clean, company-standard work environment
    • Identify and record opportunities to improve quality and efficiency
    • Step into other areas to cover absences or staffing shortages

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years in production operations/processes (Process Improvement, LEAN, 5S)
    • Supervisory or lead experience
    • High school diploma or GED preferred
    • Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
