Assembly & Packaging Associate 1st Shift $16.50/hr

Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an Assembly & Packaging Associate to join their client's dynamic team in Sparks, Maryland. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble product kits according to written instructions and diagrams.
• Ensure all components are included and correctly placed.
• Label and package completed kits for distribution.
• Assist with basic inventory counts and material replenishment.
• Follow established safety, quality, and production standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.

Work Hours

Monday through Friday, first shift, 6 AM to 2:30 PM

Benefits

Additional Details

This position requires 0% travel time, allowing focus on consistent and efficient production work onsite.
