Join Our Team as a Manufacturing Assembly Operator
Location: Sun Prairie, WIPay Rate: Competitive, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | 2nd & 3rd shift: 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am
Overtime: Required, including weekends
Are you detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Qualified Staffing is hiring Assembly Operators for a well-established manufacturer in the Blue Water Area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality, teamwork, and consistent performance.
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce parts according to standard work instructions and cycle times
• Perform quality checks using gauges, SPC charting, and inspection tools
• Complete assembly tasks while handling materials and dunnage within the work area
• Maintain 5S standards, housekeeping, and basic equipment care
• Identify simple equipment issues and reset machines as needed
• Submit maintenance requests when necessary
• Complete safety checks and routine production documentation
• Perform error-proofing checks and assist with line teardowns
• Accurately track production counts, quality data, and scrap
• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
• Assist in training new team members as needed

• Ability to stand, walk, push, and pull throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs in a repetitive environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical or vocational training is a plus
