Manual Assembly Operator – Manufacturing Position

$18/hr Day Shift | $20/hr Night Shift + Overtime Opportunities
We're hiring Manual Assembly Operators for a clean, modern manufacturing facility in Montgomery, IL, producing recycled plastic lumber used for outdoor furniture, fencing, and other applications!
️ What You'll Do
Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
Use tape measures and digital calipers to verify measurements and product quality.
Perform quality checks, basic troubleshooting, and occasional tooling changes.
Assist with machine upkeep and other production tasks as needed.
Cross-train in CNC or extrusion operations based on performance and business needs.
What We're Looking For
Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or pneumatic tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Comfortable using measuring tools and performing quality checks.
Comfortable working in a predominantly Spanish-speaking environment; bilingual Spanish-English candidates are a plus.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including occasional lifting of 50+ lbs.
