A day in this role

You arrive to your workstation and review the production schedule. After a quick huddle with your supervisor, you set up and dial in assembly-line machinery. Throughout the shift, you:

• Configure, operate, and fine-tune equipment at a fixed station to install parts and components into in-process products, sub-assemblies, or final assemblies.
• Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods to keep the line flowing.
• Inspect output regularly, separating any defects for rework or scrap to protect product quality.
• Record accurate daily production and quality data that feed our performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and escalate more complex problems promptly.

Where you’ll grow

This Support 1 position is entry-level—ideal if you have little to no prior manufacturing experience. Work follows established procedures, is closely supervised, and involves communicating straightforward information. As you master the standards, you’ll gain the skills to take on more complex set-ups and cross-train across stations.

Compensation

Pay Range: USD 16.50–18.50 hourly. This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
