    Assembly I, Modular Construction Systems - 1st Shift  
    Location: Miamisburg, OH – Onsite

    Your Impact 
    The Assembler I – Modular is responsible for assembling large modular data center structures and sub-assemblies according to engineering blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.  
     
    This role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to show up on time everyday and adhere to company attendance policies. Assembler I Modular Associates must have the ability to troubleshoot issues, and consistent adherence to safety and quality expectations in a very fast-paced manufacturing environment.  
     
    Our modular assemblers operate as a team unit working to assemble structures from the ground up. This mirrors a customer site install while offering the benefits of year-round full-time employment at one indoor location.  
      
    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities 
    • Build structures using general construction, assembly, and installation best practices under supervision 
    • Support modular assembly with staging, preparation, and material handling.  
    • Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, using hand tools, and adhering to 5S principals.  
    • Installation of containment systems, cabling pathways, and related components.  
    • Support basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire and mounting boxes under supervision.  
    • Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.  
    • Using Power Industrial Trucks such as forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and other related vehicles.  
    • Follow all job site safety rules and immediately report unsafe conditions.  
    • Participate in safety meetings and required training programs.  
    • Be able to read basic blueprints  
    • Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn multiple trades.  
    • Ability to follow supervisor instructions while maintaining a collaborative and hospitable team environment. 
     
    Must Have Qualifications 
    • Must be at least 18 years of age. 
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.  
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.  
    • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. 
    • Basic hand tool aptitude  
     
    Preferred Qualifications  
    • General labor, construction, electrical, plumbing, as well as other hands on trades are all encouraged to apply  
    • Prior military encourage to apply  
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices 
    • Experience working with modular, pre-fabrication or configurable products 
    • Cross-training experience in multiple production processes

    Physical Demands and Work Environment  
    Employees must be able to talk, hear, and frequently sit, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs is required. Vision requirements include close and color vision and focus adjustment. Work may involve exposure to moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, chemicals, electrical hazards, and explosives. Noise levels can be very loud, requiring ear protection.
