Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Assembly Helper to support manufacturing and production operations in Claremore, OK. This role assists with the assembly, fabrication, and production of parts and products while ensuring quality standards, safety requirements, and production goals are met.

The ideal Assembly Helper has strong mechanical aptitude, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Experience & Skills
Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and teamwork skills
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIRED
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist with assembling components and finished products according to specifications
Gather, organize, and stage materials for assembly operations
Use hand tools and power tools to support production and assembly tasks
Inspect parts and completed products for defects or inconsistencies
Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility as needed
Follow blueprints, work orders, production instructions, and supervisor direction
Support assemblers and technicians to maintain efficient workflow
Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Assist the production team in meeting daily schedules and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience
Experience reading blueprints or work instructions
Material handling or warehouse experience
Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to work safely around machinery and production equipment
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
