Job Title: Assembly & Fulfillment Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday,6:00am-3:30pm, off every other Friday
Flexible to work overtime as needed
Location: Pinnacle Peak & 7th Street
Pay: $18.00/hour

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Assembly & Fulfillment Associate to support our production and warehouse operations. This role involves the safe and efficient handling, assembly, packaging, and movement of products and materials. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and consistently maintains high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production and material handling equipment.

• Perform material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, staging, and transporting components.

• Assist with assembly, packaging, and unpackaging to meet production and fulfillment targets.

• Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards.

• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.

• Cross-train to support multiple areas of production and warehouse operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, fulfillment, or light industrial work preferred.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
