$16.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Monday through Sunday availability required

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous assembly, manufacturing, or production training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read letters and numbers and follow written and visual work instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Job Duties

• Assemble automotive mirror components according to work instructions
• Operate basic assembly equipment and hand tools
• Maintain assembly line cycle times to meet production goals
• Rotate between workstations as needed
• Perform quality inspections and complete production documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S practices
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous factory, manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is preferred.
• Experience working on production lines or assembling mechanical, electrical, or consumer products is beneficial.
• Knowledge of quality inspection, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a Assembly.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle parts and operate assembly tools or equipment.
• Ability to maintain productivity in a factory environment while following established safety procedures.

What You Will Do

As a Assembly you will assemble products or components, verify materials, inspect completed work, operate basic production tools, package finished items, and support daily manufacturing goals. You will follow work instructions, maintain organized work areas, identify quality concerns, and contribute to safe, accurate, and efficient factory operations.
