Assembly Cell Lead

Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assembly cell team members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred
• 2–5 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and quality standards
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or technical documents
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills (ERP systems, production tracking, etc.)

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assembly cell team members
• Ensure production schedules and targets are achieved efficiently and on time
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company and customer specifications
• Train, mentor, and support team members to improve skills and performance
• Promote and enforce a safe working environment in compliance with company policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns when necessary
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and quality teams to resolve issues
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workstations
