As an Assembler on our production team, you'll play a vital role in crafting high‑quality, performance‑driven products that archers around the world rely on.
Responsibilities
- Assemble & Package: Follow detailed work instructions to assemble, inspect and package archery components.
- Meet Production Goals: Achieve daily and weekly production targets while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Hands-On Work: Lift and maneuver parts and bins, operate basic hand tools, and work safely and efficiently on the production floor.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for minor process improvements and communicate feedback with your team.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workstation that complies with all safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Talent: No previous manufacturing experience required—just a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Small Parts Assembly: Previous experience assembling small parts is a plus.
- Physical Ability: Ability to independently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow step-by-step processes accurately while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Team Player: Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Focused: Commitment to following all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
