Pay & Schedule
$17.50–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
- Build machines, conveyors, robotic systems, and trailer components
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
- Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers
- Use measuring tools including calipers, rulers, and gauges
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, press brakes, and other production equipment
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Complete production paperwork and prepare finished equipment for shipping
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical assembly experience required
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
- Basic computer skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8–10 hour shift
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
