Our client is looking for an Assembler to join their manufacturing team, building large industrial products related equipment.
What You'd Be Doing
You'd be part of a team assembling and disassembling complete equipment packages, working with a mix of hand tools, pneumatic and electric tools, cranes, and forklifts. It's varied, hands-on work that covers a lot of ground on any given day, including:
- Mechanical assembly of major components
- Aligning motors and compressors
- Assembling and installing electrical boxes, including wiring and connections
- Running instrument wiring and piping
- Installing oil and water piping
- Performing pressure testing
- Following all safety rules, regulations, and OSHA requirements
What You'll Need- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of training in an electrical or mechanical field, or two years of equivalent hands-on experience
- Ability to read and understand assembly and wiring drawings
