Assembler

Pay Rate: $19.80 per hour

Location: Worcester, MA

Shift: 2nd Shift

Work Schedule: Mon thru Fri 2PM-10:30PM

Summary:

• Perform operations required to assemble and pack various products including operation of equipment in accordance with customer orders.
• Maintain necessary records for all operations.
• Check completed parts to ensure compliance to company quality standards and make necessary adjustments when required to meet quality goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble low-volume, high-complexity products.
• Use hand and power tools to complete builds including but not limited to drills, circular saws, screwdrivers, and wrenches.
• Operate packaging/wrapping equipment and palletize complete units.
• Maintain equipment and perform housekeeping duties as necessary.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety rules and regulations, and work instructions including the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist team in achieving plant and department goals by flexing when needed.
