Assembler

Pay Rate: $22.96 per hour
Location: Torrance, CA
Work Mode: Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift
Work Schedule: Mon – Fri 6:00am – 2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Perform electronic assembly and repair of Surface Mount and Through Hole components, including soldering and desoldering.
• Utilize measuring equipment, test equipment, and hand tools such as air drivers, screwdrivers, wrenches, presses, and other tooling fixtures.
• Read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Maintain and support a safe, clean work environment.
• Facilitate ongoing continuous improvement in support of quality, productivity, and growth objectives.
• Ensure compatibility and safety of electrical systems.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Torrance, CA.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to read and understand schematics and manufacturing drawings.
• Previous electronics manufacturing and hand-soldering experience.
• Minimum 1 year of hand soldering experience.
